I would like to say that our first client purchase of product online happened last night!  Congratulations!  If you have a question about how to do it, or are curious about how to use the Pet Portal to order medication,dog/cat food, or toys for your pet, just ask one of our friendly staff to give you a few pointers!

VetMed Animal Health is pleased to announce the online store.  We have over 800 items for purchase.  From prescription dog/cat food to flea and tick products to kong toys we have an array of different products to offer.  Best of all, if you order more than $39.00 worth of stuff, shipping is free.  That’s right, you order stuff from the online store, it gets shipped directly to your house.

But you ask, “Eric, if I order frontline, do I need to call the clinic to let you know that my pet is on frontline?”  Have no fear.  We receive a record of each purchase so that we can add that information to your pets record.  No need to call and follow up.

You can even order/re-order prescription medication for your pet and have it delivered to your house.  Our doctors are informed of every order and sign off on it before the prescription information is sent to your home.

But you ask, “Eric, if I can get my medications online, then I won’t have an excuse to see the lovely receptionists and all the cool free coffee and pens at VetMed?”  I say, do you need an excuse?  Come on by anyway!

We couldn’t offer these types of services without you.  So, thank you for the opportunity to serve you and we’re going to keep offering new ways to provide you with quality service.

The blog isn’t usually this up to date, but I just got off the phone with our Pet Portal provider.  We will be turning on the ability for you all to order pet ID cards for your pets.   Be patient with us, the first few people that order them as we work through the process.

Just a quick update on this.  We’re going to be finalizing the prices for online products this weekend.  We hope to have this section launched by middle to late next week.

You can now make appointment and boarding requests for VetMed Animal Health through the Pet Portal.  They must be least 3 days in the future.  Let us know how you like it and how it works!

Just wanted to give an update on this.  The store has been approved, and we’re in the process of setting prices and deciding what products to offer.  We should have something up by the beginning of August.  Stay Tuned!
